Introduction
These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Text Messaging Terms") is a legal agreement between En Garde Winery ("En Garde Winery ", "Company", "we", "us", "our") and you that specifically provides the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our SMS messaging program (the "Platform"). In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Terms and any other Company Terms in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Terms shall take precedent.
Platform
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number or short code that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You will receive messages with info, promotions, and offers to the number(s) you have provided, including use of an automated system.
Message frequency varies.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
